We love overnight oats not only because they’re easy to make, but because it’s the perfect grab-and-go breakfast. We top ours with our Apricot & Matcha Superfood Clusters for a high-protein, caffeinated Superfood boost!
1 cup of oats (not quick cook oats)
1 apple, chopped
¼ cup plain 2% greek yogurt
½ cup water or non-dairy milk
1-2 tablespoons of raisins
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup of Apricot and Matcha SNACK
Step one: Combine the oats, apple, raisins, and cinnamon in a container with a lid and mix together.
Step two: Stir in the yogurt and water or non-dairy milk.
Step three: Sprinkle in the cinnamon, cover, and shake.
Step four: Chill in the fridge for several hours until the oats absorb the liquid, or overnight for best results.
Step five: To serve, divide into two bowls and top with additional apple and Apricot & Matcha SNACK. Drizzle with honey if desired and enjoy!
