Happy 4th of July! To celebrate, we’re making this red, white, and blue acai bowl! Red (strawberries), white (bananas), and blue (blueberries and Blueberry & Matcha SNACK) make this bowl LOADED with antioxidants – plus, it tastes really good too! Frozen fruit replaces the need for ice and gives you a more flavorful and thick mixture – perfect for a breakfast (or lunch!) Superfood bowl!

Need a little added sweetness? Drizzle with honey or add shredded coconut at the end as needed.

Serves 2

2 bananas (1 frozen, 1 fresh, sliced)
1 cup frozen acai puree
½ cup frozen blueberries and strawberries
¼ cup fresh blueberries and strawberries sliced
¼ cup almond milk
¼ cup Blueberry and Matcha SNACK Clusters

Optional: unsweetened shredded coconut or honey

Step one: Leave the frozen acai puree to soften at room temperature for 5 minutes (we like Sambazon organic acai puree)
Step two: Combine the acai, frozen banana, frozen blueberries and strawberries, and almond milk into a blender
Step three: Blend for 30 seconds.
Step four: Add additional almond milk as needed, but maintaining a think consistency, and blend until smooth and slightly thick.
Step five: Prepare your bowl or freeze until ready to use

Preparing your acai bowl:
Step one: Divide the acai mixture into two bowls.
Step two: Top with sliced banana, strawberries, and blueberries.
Step three: Add Blueberry and Matcha SNACK Clusters and the optional shredded coconut and/or honey and enjoy!
