Who I am:
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist based in Boston. As someone who has had a damaged relationship with food and exercise in the past, it’s my goal as a coach to help others achieve a healthy relationship with not only diet and exercise but their bodies as well.
When I’m not working, I’m probably going to CrossFit, running my Instagram food blog, or watching k-dramas.
I’ll admit, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with SNACK. I love that the ingredients are simple, there’s no added sugar, and it has a good amount of protein to help me recover from my intense workouts. Every one of the blends is perfect sprinkled over some low-fat yogurt for the perfect post-workout fuel!
